CEO and Co-Founder
Jason’s 20 years of enterprise software experience spans the advertising, SaaS, and financial services industries. As CEO, Jason oversees Unified’s overall organizational strategy. His team has managed billions of dollars of social advertising investments for the world’s largest brands. Working with brands, publishers, and partners in the advertising community, Jason implements organization-changing technology solutions that deliver clear bottom line results.
Prior to his experience in advertising, Jason’s career began in the financial services and SaaS verticals, including positions at Merrill Lynch, Siebel, and Salesforce.com. At Salesforce.com he managed the release process for the largest on-demand CRM rollout in the history of the cloud at the time.
Jason received a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Information Systems from Quinnipiac University and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
COO and Co-Founder
Josh has overall responsibility for advertising solutions at Unified and also heads Unified’s operations team. Prior to co-founding Unified, Josh was co-founder and COO of Social Suitcase, an innovator in the brand engagement space that was acquired by Connexus.
Previously, Josh was a founder at Teach The People, a Facebook Fund Grant Company and a TechCrunch 40 Finalist. He also served as a graduate instructor at Emory University.
Josh received a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Art History from Emory University. He also attended Emory University as a PhD Candidate in Comparative Literature.
SVP, Strategic Sales
Annalee is a true zero to one person in every sense. Her career is a joyful part of her life, and is passionate about her work. Beyond Unified, Annalee is driven to make the world a better place by volunteering; as a mentor, a big sister, a domestic violence counselor, a tutor for homeless GED candidates, in soup kitchens, homeless shelters, refugee camps and within Unified, founding uLEAD in 2015 to combat gender inequality in the workplace. She is a wife and mother of 2, striving to leave a legacy that will justify the time she spends away from her family.
As SVP Strategic Sales, she leads a world-class team focused on delivering technology enabled social advertising solutions to the world’s most sophisticated marketers. Prior to joining Unified in 2012, she held senior roles at innovative companies including appsavvy, WildTangent, and Yahoo!.
SVP, Strategic Accounts & Partnerships
With 15 years of global digital advertising experience, Kellie has worked at some of the industry’s top agencies and publisher organizations including Publicis, Universal McCann and News Corporation. With her various strategic and client service roles, Kellie brings a wealth of experience ideating and executing innovative advertising campaigns.
In her current role as Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts & Partnerships at Unified, she is responsible for identifying, developing and growing strategic partnerships with new and existing brands, agencies, publishers and content providers.
Kellie is a founding member of the uLEAD (Leadership Empowerment and Development) program at Unified which fosters an open workplace community, specifically designed to educate and encourage female employees to pursue their career aspirations with confidence whilst driving awareness of gender inequality in male dominated industries to take the necessary steps toward accountability and measurable change.
Kellie currently serves as a board member for The Thirst Project, the world’s leading youth water activism organization, a non-profit whose aim is to end the global water crisis by bringing safe drinking water to communities around the world where it is not immediately available. She also serves as an advisory board member for Shiffon and The Startup Girl Foundation. Shiffon is a fine jewelry brand centered around social good. The Startup Girl Foundation & Shiffon’s nonprofit arm funds budding entrepreneurs through a seed grant at the earliest stages of their companies and provides a mentorship program to help their startups succeed.
SVP, Technology and Operations
Matt is the Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations at Unified. He oversees teams dedicated to product management, engineering, on boarding, support, and delivering value-add solutions that leverage Unified’s technology.
With over 15 years of software consulting and product development experience, Matt has worked at some of the top enterprise software companies managing complex implementations. Prior to working at Unified, Matt was the Director of the North American Consulting Practice at eFront Software, where he oversaw a team of consultants delivering solutions for private equity, venture capital, and private real estate investment firms.
Matt received a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Information Systems from Quinnipiac University.
Chris Cahill is VP, Finance at Unified. He oversees Accounting, Strategic Finance (FP&A), Budgeting, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Procurement, Tax, Financial Systems and Internal Controls. Throughout his career, Chris has held various finance leadership roles with high-growth digital media companies. As a distinguished finance leader, he has designed and rolled out scalable business process flows and has implemented a variety of systems to support high growth businesses.
Chris began his career in public accounting, highlighted by 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the New York Metro audit practice. At PwC, Chris served a diverse group of clients ranging from privately help start-ups up to publicly traded Fortune 100 companies in the technology, media, and entertainment industries.
Chris holds an Accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University as well as CPA and CGMA licenses.
VP, Human Resources
As Unified’s Head of Human Resources, Fern brings decades of experience to lead all aspects of human resources, including employee engagement, leadership development, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition, organization development, and change management. Fern is passionate in her pursuit of strategic business results and linking human assets to business successes. Prior to Unified, Fern held senior leadership positions in HR at Krux Digital (acquired by Salesforce), Rapt (acquired by Microsoft), Cambridge Technology Partners, VerticalNet, and DayNine. Additionally, Fern has been a founder and a founding member of several HR-related companies.
With 10+ years of Social Media Marketing experience, she has worked with some of the industry’s top brands on their social media campaigns and presence online. This includes managing everything from their multi-million dollar spends to their posting, community engagement, creative & targeting strategies for successfully connecting with their core target audience. Prior to working at Unified, Amanda has worked at VaynerMedia and Salesforce.
Amanda received her Bachelors in Marketing at Marist College.
Gloria is Vice President of Marketing at Unified responsible for its brand, products and messaging of the companies thought leadership position in the industry.
With over 20 years experience as both a brand and product marketer, she brings a unique combination of the traditional with the latest digital and technological advances in the Martech industry. Prior to working at Unified, she worked at various B2B Saas companies including Shareablee, Inc. where she was Head of Marketing & GM of Media Sales. She started her career at Avon Products, Inc. where, as she says, “spent 16 years getting the best most rigorous Marketing education ever”. It is where she learned the art of the Brand, the science behind the Product and how to quickly and effectively impact the bottom line. She has mentored (and continues to mentor) many women in their careers and is thrilled to now be a member of uLEAD here at Unified. She is the proud mom of two incredible kids who she hopes will always remember that doing your best is important but staying true to yourself is critical.
Gloria received her MA from NYU in Media Ecology.
VP, Strategic Projects
Jon is Vice President of Strategic Projects at Unified. His team is responsible for facilitating the planning, management, and measurement of Unified’s corporate strategy in addition to providing executive governance for complex, strategic customer engagements.
Jon brings 25 years of experience managing change, complex programs and strategic partnerships in social advertising, enterprise technology, and government organizations. His prior roles have included VP of Solutions at Unified, Head of Service Management at AlphaServe Technologies, Program Director for Strategic Partnerships at Orange Business Services, and PMO Director at Orange. Jon began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force after earning his Bachelor of Science in Communications at Syracuse University.
