Empowering Leaders At Unified

Annalee Gould, VP, Marketing Solutions

The Unified family is proud of our commitment to diversity. In that spirit, I wanted to share an overview of our Leadership, Empowerment, and Development (LEAD) program. LEAD is an open and supportive workplace community that encourages and inspires our female employees to have the confidence to pursue their highest-level career ambitions. Through this program we strive to recognize and grow internal female leaders while creating a positive and balanced working environment for all employees. LEAD spans many activities, ranging from mentorship programs, community outreach, workshops and other support activities, culminating each quarter with an event that brings together women from our offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago.

At our most recent event, guest speaker Wenda Harris Millard, President and COO at MediaLink - a woman whose experience running organizations ranging from Yahoo’s sales team to serving as co-CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia - was welcomed by 70+ men and women who got great insight from one of the advertising world’s true giants.

Later this month, we’ll have the pleasure of hosting two phenomenal speakers. Shelley Zalis, CEO at Ipsos OTX and founder of the Ipsos’ Girl Lounge and Shannon Aronson, VP Digital Strategic Consulting, Epsilon. Volunteer opportunities with the Women’s Prison Association as well as Book Club will also be open to all Unified employees.

I believe that the LEAD program represents the best of what it means to work at Unified. If you’d like to know more about joining the Unified family, please visit our Careers page.
