Unified Names Digital Media Veteran Roger Clark as Chief Financial Officer

Marketing Cloud Technology Leader Also Adds New Advisors
NEW YORK AND SAN FRANCISCO – July 9, 2013 – Unified, provider of award-winning marketing cloud technology, today announced that Roger Clark has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Clark brings a strong track record of business and financial leadership to Unified during a period of accelerating growth and unprecedented demand for its Social Operating Platform. Unified has also named five industry leaders to its Board of Advisors.

Clark was most recently CFO at Interclick, a leading provider of digital advertising technology and services, which was acquired by Yahoo in 2011 and rebranded as Genome in 2012. He played a pivotal role in many of Interclick’s achievements, including a successful listing on NASDAQ. Clark previously spent 15 years with IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ:IACI) in a variety of divisional and corporate capacities, including nine years leading the company’s investor relations and financial communication efforts while IAC transformed into a Fortune 500 conglomerate. He began his career with Ernst & Young.
