The uLife Culture
We’re very proud of what we do and the #uLife culture reflects that. Creating innovative products is serious business but we make sure it’s a lot of fun too. We have team dinners and “micro town halls” where we all get a chance to meet and interact with each other. Our wine club allows people from all parts of the organization to come together and share their knowledge and love of wine. Our kickball and softball teams feed our organization's competitive streak and team spirit. The annual ping pong tournament and Halloween pumpkin carving competition give one lucky employee bragging rights for an entire year.
